I sit down in front of the computer again to tackle the next subject in my mad cramming session before next week's exam.

All the subjects are so fascinating... How can I choose ??? Yes I am being sarcastic. Don't get me wrong. I love law, that's why I am doing the degree so I can go practice in it, but I am so sick of stupid assessments such as exams that will be of absolutely no benefit to me in practice.

Ahh, I have decided: a couple of ours of discussing conditional, contingent and determinable estates before I head off to the beach to take the dog for a walk !
